Christmas

Well Friday was Christmas with the gang. Payton, Adi, and Bryson had a blast and were too cute! Jen made some ham that was great! and Hailey of course made fudge pie which was great too!!! It was funny cause we all thought alike when we went shopping for each other. Bryan and Cole got the car cleaning kits, so Josh ended up with two of them, and between the three of us girls we all bought similar things to give one another. lol. The best part though was watching the kids open their gifts and watch them play with them. It was a pretty fun night.

Sunday me and Bryson went to the Locke family Christmas dinner in Campaign and it was fun. We got to meet everyone and played Chinese Christmas. (I got a porcelin house that is too cute and looks great with my christmas village scene). Bryan didn't get to go cause he had to work but we still had fun. Not to mention the food was AWESOME!!!! lol Me and Sarah Collins put antlers on Bryson and he is even more adorable than ever!!!! Look at that face! lol I don't know why but he does that all the time!! :) Sarah and Holly put antlers on and then held Bryson between them and the pictures turned out so cute!! I can't wait to see Bryson open gifts on Christmas Eve. He has already been rolling from his blanket to the tree and trying to get into the gifts...it was funny.

Oh and I almost forgot.......

Here is Holly and her boyfriend before they went to the Christmas dance!! Are they not adorable!! And that dress of hers could not be more gorgeous on her!

Pictures!!! & Christmas!!!

I just got my wedding pictures from Leigh Anne yesterday and OMG!! they are all so good!! Go Leigh Anne and Julie!!!! I can't wait to get them ordered and in frames!! I've gotten so excited about it that when I was trying to do some touch up decorating for Christmas I took all my frames off the walls and rearranged them on the wall so all I would have to do is hang them up! :) Speaking of Christmas....I can't wait!! Me and Bryan put the tree up Thanksgiving night and I decorated the house the next day and now everything is all shiny and Christmasy!!! We decorated our stockings last night and hung them up on the mantle and I wrapped one of Bryan's gifts and one of my niece Katie's gifts. I hope that everyone likes what we get them; it seems likke it gets harder and harder each year to shop for everyone. I can't wait to see Bryan's face on his birthday and two days later on Christmas Eve (that's when we are having our Christmas together cause he works on Christmas day). I got him some nice stuff!! lol The hardest thing is deciding what to give him for his birthday and what to give him for Christmas.....I'm still trying to decide... Anyways...I'm gonna hit the sack and get some rest!!

Bryson

Well Is started back to work part time last Monday. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be dropping Bryson off at the sitters. I missed him of course, but I knew I had to get back to workin. The only thing that is harder than dropping Bryson off is the fact that I won't get to see Bryan except for Thanksgiving day because we are both off and at bedtime tomorrow night!!! I hate him working two jobs because I never see him, but he says he is doing it to save up a little for when he goes to paramedic school for emergencies. But I still miss him!!!! :( Oh well gotta deal right?? :) Anyways....on a happier note....Friday Bryson started trying to hold his bottle on his own!!! He is getting way too big and soon I won't be able to keep up with him!! :( He is finally getting a head full of hair!!! (HEHE!! Most of you know why I'm laughing!) The funny part is that he has a patch of dark brown hair that is on the back of his head close to his neck!!!

Roaring Fork Motor Trail

Has anyone ever heard of Roaring Fork Motor Trail in Gatlinburg? Here is one of the first cabins that was built in the Gatlinburg area. It had 2 rooms with a fireplace in each and 11 people lived in these 2 rooms!!!!! Me and Bryan were speechless....I couldn't imagine 11 people living in that small of a house...neither could he. It's impressive to think how people in the 1800's and early 1900's lived and managed in the mountain environment.....it was very pretty there too. There was also a hog pen behind the house by the old barn....I tried to get Bryan to stick his head in there as a joke; he wouldn't do it. Said I was being mean!!! Not me!!! Never!!! lol Below is a picture of the hog pen....

New!!

I hope that everyone had an exciting weekend. I did!!! I got married on Saturday to Bryan Locke and we left that afternoon to enjoy a 2 night honeymoon in Gatlinburg. I had so much fun!! The wedding was beautiful and Leigh Anne took some amazing pictures!! Can't wait to put them on my wall at home!! We were eager to get home though because we missed our baby boy Bryson. We had an exciting weekend though!!! We took Bryson to my grandparents' houses on Friday evening for trick or treating too. He slept through most of it. :) He was dressed as a fire chief but I thought he looked more like a bumble bee because it was black and yellow stripped! Anyways he was adorable, cranky but still adorable. I'm looking forward to Friday night too. My friends Heather and Daniel are getting married. I just looked at her bridal portraits on Leigh Anne's website and OMG!! she is gorgeous. I love her dress!!! I'm all excited for them and wish them the best!!! :) I'm going to get off here for tonight though. I'm sleepy and I know I will be up at the crack of dawn. Bye!!!
